The “Thrive in Change” global online program takes a whole new approach to (micro)learning and teaching. This experience and experiential-based program spans an entire year. Every week you will join an online challenge of a maximum of an hour. The content is crafted in such a way that it will prepare you to lead yourself into the future. It includes assignments, exercises, inspiration sessions, and workshops to train your body, mind, soul, and heart to become a well-rounded professional. FAQs
February 3rd. Participants can enroll till February 1st. Intake sessions are possible for participants who need more information or with special wishes.
It is a whole year online program. Sessions of one hour per week excluding exercises and study time that participants can do on their own pace, time and place.
The sessions will be on every Wednesday. The duration is 1 hour. Due to time zone differences we will record every session to give everybody a chance to experience the session.
The program consists of three themes (you, your team and your organization) spread over the 4 quarters of the year. All topics are interconnected and will focus on balancing Body, Mind, Soul and Heart in becoming a well rounded high performer.
Participants will go through 3 different learning experiences:
The Mental Track: online sessions to strech your mind and create new perspectives on leadership (theory, discussion, debate, etc.)
The Experiental Track: materialize your thoughts, ambitions, goals etc. through practical models, frameworks and worksheets (hands-on, learning by doing, exercise)
The Application Track: apply all the learning in your daily work and life and collect feedback and measure your progress in growth (real assignments, attitudes, behavior, projects, etc.)
The program is virtual (online). Participants will have access to a private Zoom meeting. The program consists of challenges which are accessible through our learning platform nas.io. We will also use a WhatsApp community channel to share information.
The total cost for this whole year program is $1399. This includes all sessions, teaching and learning materials and access to all platforms and communication channels.
Sessions for group or one on one coaching and or mentoring can be purchased seperately.
The program is virtual (online). Participants who enroll will receive all the information to access our learning platform and communicaton channels.
You can learn and engage from the comfort of your home or whatever location you feel fits this program.
All information will be available ont his website. The applicaton process is a 3-phase process (apply, screening, onboarding) to make sure this program fits your personal development.
All nationalities are welcome to join this program. We do screen participants profile to make sure the program fits their personal development demands. We offer a service to talk to us for more information and clarification if necessary.
As we grow our community we do want to keep a personal touch. We have 40 seats available for this program. Register as soon as possible.
Each participant will receive a Certificate after successfully attending the program.
Our facilitators are experts and specialists in their respective domain and discipline. All are certified and honored for their work and making knowledge and experience available for the many. The professional experience of all our facilitators in the eduation, innovation, business, health and wellness and leadership domain expands more than 25 years internationally.
